The Brief: Build an international in-house agency team to localise a TVC premiering during the Tokyo Olympics Opening Ceremony, across 14 countries.
The Solution: Long-time partner, Netflix called on Mash to help explore and develop a global TVC campaign highlighting the power of global and local storytelling on Netflix.
They needed a flexible, authentic, and truly global creative team to ensure the content culturally resonated with 14 countries – and fast.
In 72 hours, we built a diverse team of 31 established professionals from all over the world, speaking 10 different languages.

The Brief: Refreshing and launching a 25-year-old hotel brand in APAC’s crowded market.
The Solution: We Mashed their internal marketing function with a bespoke team of top tier Mashers spanning NYC, Thailand, Singapore and Australia. Collectively they developed a brand communication platform for Oaks that rolled out recently as an integrated campaign across APAC.

Case Study: Banyan Group, Singapore
The Brief: With a raft of exciting initiatives planned for 2024, long-term partner Banyan Group required a dedicated and experienced resource to lead and manage them.
The Solution: We placed a fractional CMO to develop a support plan and oversee roll out across a 12 month period. Case Study: All Star Lanes, UK
The Brief: How do you continually keep social media and digital content fresh and engaging, whilst driving business goals?
The Solution: All Star Lanes is one of London’s most iconic competitive leisure chains. To support their internal marketing function with additional creative firepower, we held quarterly Creative Sprints to come up with creative campaign ideas for the next season, rooted in key KPI’s and seasonal offerings.
Each Sprint would be involve a different combination of strategist/copywriter and art director – to deliver a suite of ideas. Select ideas were then built out into full Campaign Briefs for the All Star Lanes team to execute.
